Parag Agrawal
Parag Agrawal, the founder of Palan Sewa Foundation, completed his B.Tech from MANIT (Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology) in Bhopal and pursued his masters from IIT Delhi in 2014.
During his time at MANIT, Parag Agrawal actively participated in teaching activities within a nearby basti (slum), and he maintained this commitment throughout his tenure at IIT Delhi by joining the group AINA. The experiences and ideas gathered during his education and interactions with individuals working in the social sector became the foundational pillars of PALAN. After obtaining degrees from two prestigious institutions in India, Parag made the decision to diverge from a mainstream career path and dedicated his time to serving the deprived community.

Palan Sewa Foundation is registered under the Madhya Pradesh Society Act 1973 (Sr. No 44).
Palan is working towards the palan (total care) of the society which is vulnerable to exploitation, victimization, malnourished children and which is ignored completed by the main stream. Palan is conducting humanitarian activities for the people which are left much behind the today's society, government, especially for the Janjati parivaar.
Through Palan Pathshala, we provide supplementary education with a holistic curriculum that includes yoga, healthcare, nutrition, life skills, and cultural enrichment. We also organize health awareness programs and provide access to medical facilities.

Additionally, the foundation conducts livelihood training programs to enhance skills and improve economic conditions. Overall, their objective is to create a self-sufficient society that takes pride in its accomplishments.
In the starting, we worked on the plan to set up an supplementary education centres in selected pockets of MP. This education centres known as PALAN PATHSHALA are working towards overall development of the child. Education here in our pathshala is not only restricted to school books but also towards harnessing their eternal potential of the soul.
Near by the capital Bhopal, Palan has started Palan pathshala free of cost for children from deprived and destitute background. Palan pathshala is conducting regular classes for the children in most loving and caring atmosphere. Organizing sports activity and sports camp for the children, enhancing their capability and also making them learn while playing. Palan is organizing different cultural activities for promoting and preserving their culture, to develop the feeling of proud in their community.

Palan is working towards overall development of the society, and therefore their health is utmost important to us. In our curriculum we are inculcating “Be your own Doctor” to make healthy and fit in a longer run. Providing and guiding them towards proper nutritional diet is our utmost priority. We are planning to develop a wellness centre in each cluster, for their wellbeing.
Palan is committed to organize life skills and training programs for the society’s livelihood to empower individuals and making them self-sufficient. By equipping them with essential skills, we contribute to their long-term well-being and enable them to lead better lives.
