We are Palan Sewa taking an active approach to connect with the villagers and understanding their problems. The Samvad and Sampark karyakram with the villagers is helpful to get insight into their concerns and challenges and address their issues in a timely and effective manner.  Through these interactions, we also build trust and relationship with them, which leads to increased cooperation and support for community initiatives. When people feel heard and understood, they are more likely to cooperate and support community initiatives. This increased cooperation and support can have a significant impact on the success of our efforts to improve the lives of the villagers.
