Palan strategy is joint action of individual and through self help group. Palan is giving them strength, support and a voice. This group in total will have access to banking facility, healthcare , childcare and will work towards making self-reliant society.
- Self-Sustainable village and self reliant family – At palan, we are committed for building a self-reliant and self-sustainable village. It gives us immense pride to work with the community and turn our vision into a dream reality.
- Skill Training – Palan is providing skill training at different levels and ensuring them they will
sustain on their own in the coming time. - Women Empowerment – we are working with the Self help group to ensure women’s participation in this
transformation. Asset management and ownership by women is our biggest step
out of poverty.
